• Driving

  Global Medical Care Salou is an accredited center by the D.G.T. . T-0059 to perform all the necessary psychotechnics to obtain, renew, exchange and recover the permit after withdrawal due to loss of points.

  • Medical and psychotechnical examination
    • The full review takes about 25 minutes.
    • We carry out the direct and free processing with the DGT.
    • You will leave with a provisional authorization valid for 3 months to be able to circulate until you receive the new card in the mail.
    • There is no extra cost or penalty, even if the permit has expired.
    • You can renew your driving license 3 months before it expires.
    • To exchange permits for foreigners, we recommend making an appointment at the Provincial Traffic Headquarters before coming to our center.
    • Those over 70 years of age are exempt from paying the DGT fee.
    • It is advisable to make an appointment.
  • What should you bring for recognition?
    • You must bring the D.N.I, N.I.E or the Resident Card. In case of renewals, always bring your current driving license.
    • Glasses, contact lenses or hearing aid if you use it to drive.
    • If you are under medical treatment, a report from your specialist clearly stating that you are allowed to drive.
    • It is not necessary to bring photos, we will take them at no additional cost.

  In our center in Salou we can perform the psychotechnical examination to obtain or renew the license for the possession and use of weapons or for security surveillance (including the mandatory medical examination to appear for physical tests)

  • Recognition prices for weapons and private security
    • To obtain licenses 56 €
    • For license renewal 55 €
    • Renewal for people over 60 years of age (2 years of validity) 50 €
    • Renewal for people over 70 years old (valid for 1 year ) 45 €
  • Necessary documents
    • Original ID, recent ID photo (we can take it at no additional cost) and weapons permit or license if you already have one of another kind.
    • To take the physical aptitude tests for Private Security we need a form of Official Medical Certificate that you can purchase in tobacconists or in our center.

• Crane operator

  At Global Medical Care Salou we will do the necessary medical and psychotechnical examinations to obtain and renew the cards of:

  • Tower crane operator
  • Self-propelled mobile crane operator
  • • Category A: enables up to 130 MT of nominal weight
    • Category B: enables more than 130 MT of nominal weight.

  Both cards are valid for 5 years.

  • What documents should you bring?
    • Both for obtaining and for renewal you must bring your ID and a photo , although a photo can be done by us free of charge at the medical center.
  • What is the price of this certificate?
    • 54.00 € both for obtaining and renewing permits

  
• Dangerous animals

  At Global Medical Care Salou we carry out medical aptitude tests to have an animal considered potentially dangerous. With this certificate, you can now request the necessary administrative license from the Townhall of the municipality where the dog habitually resides and where it must be registered. This license is personal and non-transferable and has a maximum validity of 5 years.

  Hereforwe will need the DNI and a ID photo , which we can take for free at the medical center.

  Psychotechnicians for nautical at Global Medical Care Salou

  Royal Decree 875/2014 of October 10 includes all the new regulations regarding pleasure boats and in its article 21 refers to the obligation to pass a psychophysical examination prior to obtaining or renewing the degrees and licenses for your government.

  The degrees in which a psychophysical examination is mandatory in an authorized Driver Recognition Center are the following
