After a few years of experience in emergency medicine adapted to international tourism on the Tarragona coast, in 2005 Dr. Agustí Vendrell and Dr. Fernando Lax decided to undertake a business adventure together and founded Global Medical Care, with the intention to apply their experience and values to the local and visiting population.
